White-Glove Onboarding & Activation

$350 per device — one-time

We don’t just ship a box — we launch your concierge for you. The one-time Activation Fee covers the labor required to build your custom property profile and configure your hardware.

The GuideScreen device remains the property of GuideScreen for the duration of your membership. We expect normal wear and tear from guest use. A hardware replacement fee may apply only if the device is not returned upon cancellation or is returned with significant physical damage.
